Acorto 2500i - a fully-automatic espresso machine. Even though most espresso connoisseurs would scoff at the thought of drinking semi or fully automatic espresso, the acorto has some interesting features: fully independent boilers for water and steam, two very large low-speed burr grinders, an adjustable size filter cup.

The boilers can each be set in 1° increments including maximum and minimum temperatures. The grinders are each finely adjustable and feed into a cup that measures the grounds to the gram weight. The filter cup that takes the place of the portafilter has a plunger to adjust the cup size to match the dose. The amount of water to push through the grounds is adjustable in 0.1oz increments.

It may not "feel" the same as pulling a great shot, but the results can be impressive when set up correctly.
